This is for ambitious chiropractors who want more than a job. You're not looking for just a
paycheck—you want a path. You want to learn from someone who's already built what you

The Path
Divided into four phases across 24 months. Each phase builds on the last. Each phase gives you more responsibility, more ownership, and a clearer path toward becoming the standard.

Phase 1
0 – 90 Days
You master clinical delivery, sales fundamentals, and communication systems. You become dangerous as a clinician.
Phase 2
90 – 180 Days
You step into marketing, community leadership, and business development. You start seeing the practice as a business.
Phase 3
6 – 12 Months
You lead. You own projects. You make decisions. You manage team members and
understand what it takes to scale.
Phase 4
12-24 Months
You're ready for what comes next: managing partner, clinic leadership, RehabChiro coaching, or expansion opportunities.


In 24 months, you'll go from clinician to leader. You'll understand business. You'll know what
real mentorship looks like. You'll have built relationships with people who are leading the
profession. And you'll be ready for managing partner, expanded leadership, or your own
practice—but with a foundation most chiropractors never get.

Today, Ashdin is a managing partner at Strive2Move and teaches sales training to members across the Rehab Chiro ecosystem. He helps shape how hundreds of chiropractors approach sales, communication, and patient leadership. His journey from associate to partner to educator is exactly the kind of path this program is designed to accelerate.
